Lawyer from the University of Concepcion, Ph.D. in Law and Master in Comparative Law from the Complutense University of Madrid. She is a tenured professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and director of the Family Center at the same University.
Carmen Domínguez is also a counselor of the Chilean Bar Association, a member of the Steering Committee of the Judicial Academy.
She also chairs the International Network of Family Institutes (REDIUF) and is a board of directors’ member of the Latin American Consortium for Religious Freedom.
To her credit, she records the publication of six books and more than one hundred specialized articles in national and international publications.
